Represent to any person because of their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, disability (including AIDS), familial status (the presence or minor children) marital status, or other personal/ arbitrary characteristics, such as age, that any dwelling unit is not available for inspection or rental when such unit is in fact available.

Knowingly enter into an agreement which imposes any restriction on the race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, disability (including AIDS), familial status (the presence or minor children) marital status, or other personal/ arbitrary characteristics, such as age, of persons to whom a dwelling may be shown or rented.

Refuse to make reasonable accommodation for a disabled resident, or prospective resident with a disability, fail to permit modifications to a unit or common areas, or refusal to make reasonable accommodations in rules, policies, practices, or services when these accommodations in rules, policies, or services are necessary to afford the disabled person equal opportunity to use and enjoy a dwelling or common area.
